Kelsey, Kylee & Alicia.

I want to preface this by saying that while I absolutely despise night shoots, I've been dying to do one for quite a while now. I'm so used to doing the same sort of shoot that I knew it would feel nice to test myself and do something out of my comfort zone, and I am so freaking happy that I did! I'll write a little bit about each girl to preface my photos of each of them. Even though we shot in the same spot all night, I got really unique photos of each of them which was really fun.

Kylee and I have been fans of each other's work for forever and have been dying to shoot together, but it just never happened until now, and let me tell you, this girl is an absolute dream to shoot with. I'll let the photos speak for themselves, but I'm really stoked to shoot with her again in the future!

Alicia had never modeled (or even thought about modeling) before, but with our collective coaching and goofing around, this lovely lady really came out of her shell and I'm super excited about the photos I got of her!

I've been taking photos of Kelsey since before I even had a DSLR. She'd get all dolled up after school and we'd go take pictures with my mom's shitty digital camera for myspace. Yeah, we've been doing this for that long. It had been over two years since I shot with Kelsey last, though, so we were long overdue for a shoot, especially since we've both grown and changed so much since then! I love taking pictures of her.
